MPA Strategies is delighted to announce the addition of Adrienne Patrick as the new Director of Development. A Greenville resident, Adrienne brings years of fundraising, consulting, project management and public relations experience to the growing statewide public relations firm. She is also a certified Grants Writer. Adrienne grew up on St Simons Island, Georgia, and graduated with a degree in Journalism from the University of Georgia. She has worked with both non-profits, including St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, as well as political clients, spending several years with the Columbia-based consulting firm, Richard Quinn & Associates. While there, she served as Governor David Beasley’s Finance Director for his United States Senate campaign.
MPA Strategies is delighted to announce the addition of Ed Schafer as the new Legislative Counsel. With over 13 years of government affairs experience and over 10 years working with local government entities, Ed has worked as Staff Attorney & Lobbyist for the South Carolina Association of Counties, Legislative Counsel to the Municipal Association of South Carolina and General Counsel and Director of Government Affairs for the Manufactured Housing Institute of South Carolina. In his new role, Ed will serve as the Lobbyist, Legislative Consultant and General Legal Counsel for MPA clients.
MPA Expands; Miller Joins Team
MPA Strategies welcomes Mollie M. Miller as the newest addition to their team. She will serve as the Director of Association Management and will oversee the day-to-day operations of associations and other client organizations.
